Nisa Karimi’s Baobab phylogeny paper

This ambitious collaborative project led by Nisa Karimi is now published! It reports on the phylogenomics of Adansonia and documents reticulate evolution in the group. The paper also presents some important new methods developed by Cécile Ané.
