My lab aims to address difficult, fundamental science questions. It can be challenging to fund such basic research, especially when it entails research that is high risk and lacks foreseeable practical benefits, as is the case for much origins of life research. While I continue to seek extramural funding from governmental and foundation sources, I would appreciate any donations that help us continue our exciting research while also providing a rich, welcoming, interdisciplinary environment in which to train student researchers and early-career scientists!
